These terms are between you and Tuagye Inc. ("we") about using Foura. By signing in you agree to them and to our Community Rules.

Who can use Foura

You must be 18 or older. You must give a true answer to the age question. One person, one account. You can use it on more than one device, but only one at a time.

How to behave

Follow the Community Rules. Do not record other people at a table without their clear consent. Do not try to break, overload or get around Foura, or use it to harm people.

Early access

Foura is in early access. It is free to use for now. It may change, break or pause while we improve it, and we may change or end early access with notice.

Your content

Your name, avatar and anything you write remain yours. You let us show them to the people at your table and your crew so Foura can work. We do not record what you say.

Ending things

You can stop using Foura and delete your account at any time. We can remove tables, restrict features or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Rules, especially to keep people safe.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Foura running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every person at a table will behave well. To the extent the law allows, Foura is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app first. Using Foura after that means you accept the change.
